You will be required to tie the following knots proficiently at BUD/S, while underwater. They will teach them to you there, but it won't hurt to practice now.

Bowline Loop (not required, but here are some Bowline variations)
Clove Hitch
Square Knot (aka Reef Knot)
Becket's Bend (aka Sheet Bend)
Right Angle Knot
