This website is dedicated to help you prepare for BUD/S. What you WILL NOT find here is any information about the Teams or being a Navy SEAL. That is your eventual goal, but there is a lot of work to be done before getting to that point. What you WILL find is a collection of ideas, experiences and proven methods that will help you get into BUD/S and show up prepared...allowing the best opportunity to succeed. Without question coming to BUD/S means you are adopting a lifestyle where training is constant and all encompassing. The sooner you get started, the better off you'll be: Be prepared to PT For Life!!
