Every individual has different
strengths and weaknesses. Training programs can, to a certain
degree, be shared by groups, but there should also be a lot of work done
to identify the most appropriate workouts to achieve your maximum
capability. This
means identifying your weaknesses and turning them into strengths.
The books and guides listed
here will help you learn how to identify these factors and also how to
build a custom training plan.
